Emails

I treat emails a little differently than most companies. I try to make emails informative and fun. They often include stories about me and quilters that I know. Emails are an important way to keep up to date on what is going on at Chatterbox Quilts (e.g. challenges, events, etc.). Emails allow me to discuss aspects of quilting that don’t fit neatly into a video and deserve more attention than a quick Facebook post.

I send out weekly emails that discuss the important (and sometimes controversial) aspects of quilting often with stories from my own quilting journey or referencing content from other parts of Chatterbox Quilts. We have covered the following topics in our emails:

  • Show your sewing machine some love

  • Machine embroidery tips

  • Managing expectations when giving quilts

  • What to do with quilt panels

  • Faux trapunto technique

You’ll also receive our monthly update where we talk about what’s happened in the past month, quilting tips and tools, recently released YouTube videos, and what’s next at Chatterbox Quilts.
